Revive and Thrive Retreat
Are you feeling the need to pause, to breathe, to rest, relax & reflect; to nourish and replenish; to reconnect and restore your positivity, inner peace and motivation? Then our one day Revive and Thrive Retreats would be the perfect solution!
We are delighted to invite you to join us for our next Retreat on Friday 28th October at the Victoria Hall in Dunblane. In our one day Retreat we will focus on your well-being and self-compassion. We will introduce you to our unique approach to well-being, including a taster of the four components making up the programme.
The cost of the day will be £85.00 and this includes a healthy lunch and all refreshments, a goody bag and access to all resources used on the day. I do hope that you can join us.
Inspired by our successful Thrive programme which focuses on well-being, compassion and kindness and by our collective experiences as women on the journey, we are delighted to offer the first of our one day Revive and Thrive Retreats.
You are welcome: whether you are a busy working person keen for some time out, returning to work and new challenges, have recently retired and looking to the future, looking to reflect on your current place in the world or simply to reconnect, refresh and renew your own passions in life. This experience is for you.

Thrive : bringing well-being and compassion to life is a programme available face to face or on-line to support individuals and teams to thrive at home and work.
When we experience adversity, suffering or trauma, Thrive encourages you to treat yourself like a good friend : gently with acceptance, compassion and kindness.
Drawing on the evidence from the social sciences including Kristen Neff, Chris Germer and David Hamilton each session is practical, interactive and inclusive.
Thrive has been delivered to over 400 people and offers a gentle, appreciative, and compassionate approach to help us accept and manage the rich rollercoaster of life.
Individuals who have experienced Thrive tell me they are grateful for the time to reflect, refresh and re-energise in a safe space.

My Chosen Charities
I am especially proud to donate a percentage of my profits to North Edinburgh Dementia Care. NEDC is run by a voluntary board of Directors and they are such a valuable support to those families in the North East of Edinburgh who have been affected by dementia. They do a truly fantastic job.
